Firstly, industrial exhaust gas with low concentration and high air volume enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite wheel. Leveraging its high specific surface area and selective adsorption properties, the zeolite molecular sieve precisely captures VOCs in the exhaust gas, achieving initial purification. When the zeolite wheel reaches adsorption saturation, it enters the desorption zone, where hot air with low air volume desorbs the adsorbed VOCs, forming concentrated exhaust gas with high concentration and low air volume. Finally, the concentrated exhaust gas enters the RTO combustion chamber, where it undergoes oxidation reactions at high temperatures ranging from 760 to 850℃, completely decomposing into CO? and H?O. Simultaneously, the ceramic regenerator recovers the heat of combustion to preheat the exhaust gas awaiting treatment, achieving a heat recovery rate of over 95%.
